Action Fraud is sounding the alarm that £1.6million of the nation’s money has lost to online charity fraud in 2021. In response to this developing issue, the scam watchdog is teaming up with the Fundraising Regulator, the Charity Commission for England and Wales and National Trading Standards to inform the public of this issue and prevent it from continuing.
